Configuration of Parallels Desktop to Automatically "Resume"

    I upgraded to Parallels Desktop Build 4.0.3846 yesterday and find that Parallels Desktop no longer automatically "resumes" as it did in the previous build I used. I cannot seem to figure how to configure this new build and didn't find my answer in other forums or the knowledgebase.
