I purchased V7 less than 3 months ago. What is the "grandfather" period for a complimentary upgrade to V8?
Poor Upgrade Policy I Upgraded from version 6 to version 7 on June 26, 2012 in response to an email I received from them. Today I received an email asking me to pay again for version 8 (barely 2 months later). They knew there was going to be a release of version 8 a few weeks later but happily took my money anyway without offering a free upgrade to version 8. This is inexcusable and I am going to look for another solution.
