First off Parallels Team you rock 3186 is sweet. What I would like to know and I hope someone on the Parallels team will comment. I run 3D Autocad on Parallels and push it pretty hard and I find it's works great. With the new build 3186 we now have coherence which is a great inovation. Is it harder on resources to run in Coherence mode, I want to squeeze every last drop of performance so should I stick to windowed/full screen or is coherence just the same? Thanks Guy's
FWIW, I believe that Coherence is currently Windows only and I have yet to see any performance gains by using Full Screen or OS Window instead of Coherence.
I just regards coherence as a gimmick so use the parallels window at about 19 inches of a 22 inch screen but I multi task in both OS logically a smaller window should run faster when you are complilng in the background Hugh W
