Coherence not working

    After installation of build 3120 (tools updated), coherence mode does not work. According to Parallels Tool Center, coherence is disabled; it's impossible to enable since the enable tick box is greyed out. I cannot find any other place to enable, or disable, coherence. Also, full screen mode is behaving strangely.

    Win XP Pro, SP2
    MacOS X 10.4.8
    MBP 2.33 C2D, 2GB

    Any suggestions?
