If I run "The Brain" (a mind-mapping based program launcher, see www.thebrain.com) and switch to coherence mode, "The Brain" seems to get shut down. Why would this be happening and how can I stop it?
For me, it's 100% reproducible. I start the program while in Single Window mode and the brain window appears just fine. When I switch to Coherence mode, I get the usual animation where the Windows desktop slides to the left and out of view. But the brain window also disappears while other windows that were open remain. I actually thought it was a painting problem until I looked in the task manager and found that the program was actually gone. Very bizarre.
