I turned the vram all the way up to 32. I am running a MacBook Pro with 2gb ram and 256 vram. I liked coherence when running xp, but it looks like garbage with vista. Is this something I am doing wrong or is it just not working with vista.

    Parallels tools uninstall re install

I noticed that my video driver in tools wasnt enabled. I uninstalled and reinstalled and coherence works fine. I solved my own problem!
