Coherence and Windows 10

Does anyone have this working correctly in Parallels 10 or 11? If I am in Coherence mode and select the start menu, it switches to a different window, allows me to select the application I want and then goes back to the first window. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Parallels tools several times, but is this the way that it works for everyone?
