Coding Problem

Hello,

Ive a very big problem on my web site when i upload any page with any change of code it doesn't appear on my site
but when i make any change at design it appears

I want to know why this problem is happen
I'm working on asp.net and the code i made is working on my local machine
but when i upload it on the server it doesn't work

Note: when I but the code for the first time it worked when i upload a page with changes the new changes doesn't work

as the changes made in design are reflecting that means pages are getting modified properly.

in some case site may need extra supporting components to display some of its part, like users use .ja java files, flash, silverlight etc. but if these components are not enabled on server then such part of site will not be displayed.
all above components require MIME types to be added for the site on server and then only you can view it on site.

I have the same issue. I have all these components (java, flash, etc.) enabled but it still won't display when I upload any page with any change of code, however when I make certain change at design it will then display. I'm certain that the problem is not in the components being enabled/disabled.
