Clipboard Synchronization - used to work but no longer

I am using v. 9 and I no longer have copy and paste sharable. I used to have this, but no longer. I did check the security section in parallels tools where the "isolate windows from mac" unchecked.

In options/advanced, I have "copy & paste" checked and preserve text formatting checked.

It seems as if everything I researched is set correctly. Often this is really inconvenient that this is not working.

Please try to uninstall Parallels Tools and reinstall it again as suggested at : http://kb.parallels.com/4841
