I'm running Windows XP via the latest version of Parallels on a MacBook Pro. In trying to run certain Java-dependent online applications, my pop-up windows appear blank. In solving this problem, I am told to clear the Java cache (instructions at: http://www.java.com/en/download/help/5000020300.xml) . However, when I try to do this, the final window that allows temporary files to be deleted appears blank, and I therefore cannot delete the files! Does anyone know how to address this?
