I am evaluating parallels to see if I can connect the VPN via the guest to free up the Host for internet access. No matter what I try so far I get the error "Login Failed". When I watch with tcpdump, I do not see any network traffic when I add the username and password so it's preventing the authentication attempt from happening. The VPN works from the Host but not the guest. I've seen lots of threads on this and I've tried what I have seen. I have it set to "Isolate Mac from virtual machine". Nothing works. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated. Matt.
