    Hi,

    I'm using build 3170 RC3. When I asks Parallels to look for updates, it doesn't downloads 3186, but tells me that my software is up to date.

    What can I do?

    /Anders

    Download the "DMG package (58 Mb)" from here <http://www.parallels.com/en/download/desktop/>.

    you have to download as David suggests, because they have it set that only release version can trigger the software update, since 3170 was beta/rc it will not invoke.

    Not sure if this is entirely true--1970 was a release version but doesn't trigger the update either.

    I agree. I have 1970 on my system and the built in update link says that I am up to date.

    @thoresson

    You are probably using a localized version.
    Parallels is working on the localized version of 3186.
    I should be available within Check for updates with a few weeks.

    Same here, 1970 US version said it was up to date. I had to manually download and upgrade, but it went very smoothly.
