Changing Win Icons on OSX Desktop

    Hi

    the Windows icons that are placed on the OSX desktop as you install Win applications onto the virtual machine are pretty horrid.

    Simple question - what is the process for changing the icons? Preferably to the one they use in Windows, but happy to source my own if that is the only option.
