Changing the Windows 10 Boot Account

I had an established Windows 10 machine using one of the accounts on my Mac. Long story short, the host Mac account became corrupt, so I started a new Mac account. (Note: The original account still exists on my machine.)

I was able to bring over my Parallels machine to the new Mac account and it boots fine. My problem is it boots using the old Mac account credentials. Let's call it MacAccount1. How do I change Windows so that it boots using the new MacAccount2 credentials?
