"...changing display properties to High Color(16 bit) from the display properties..."

Just got a new iMac and put Snow Leopard Server on it through Parallels mainly so I could play Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2003. (BTW, this is the only version of this game that one can make a disc image of the original discs so one doesn't have to insert a disc whenever you play!)
But I can't open the game because an error message says: "An internal error occurred initializing the display adapter. Please try changing your display to High colour(16 bit) from the display properties in the Control Panel and try again."
Can anyone out there help me get this wonderful version of a great game going?
