Running Windows 10 VM on Mac (desktop 19). Performance of Windows 10 apps became extremely slow. Disk on Task manager showed 100% utilization after startup and not running any windows apps. Applied lots of windows updates with no improvement. Decided to try switching configuration on SSD to NVMe3. Now windows won't start, and cannot shut it down either, so I can't change configuration back to NVME 1. Error in control center window but cannot read it. please advise. thanks!
Ended up force quitting the Windows10 process on the Mac and after that was able to set the configuration back to NVME1.
