We are currently using Parallels RC1 to test out running Suse under Mac OSX.

Installing off the CDROM worked fine, and with a little work, we got X11 under VESA driver working in 800x600.

However, when we have Suse use the CDROM, we get an error when accessing the cdrom. Under suse 9.3, the cdrom is mounted as subfs which I believe then figures out the real FS of the disc. This is the preferred behavior.

To work around this, we had to use the 'mount -t iso9660 /dev/cdrom /mnt' to get this to mount.

Can we get this fixed in the next release?

    Thanks,

    Charlie

Hmm.. May be you should tune fstab or automount in SuSE ?

Parallels shows CD content to VM without any modifications...
