Capture/Record Area should remember the previous area

When capturing/recording an area, I often want multiple captures/recordings of the same area, with different/multiple apps running in said area. Although the tools have the ability to see the exact pixel positions, it's still a pain to get the exact pixel every time. If the area was "remembered" from the previous capture/recording, it would be trivial to take multiple screenshots or recordings with perfect precision. I come from Linux and KDE has a tool called ksnapshot which does just this (screenshot only). It's incredibly useful and productive.

 

I have the same requirement here. I'm battling on with Apple's Screenshot app, but the potential for the Parallels Capture Area tool to be the "ultimate screen-grab tool" is just a simple "remember the last area" away!
