Got a parallels screen today asking to update the tools, but the installation was cancelled halfway. After rebooting the program to retry installation i get this screen with the "windows cant acces mac/home/desktop" but my mouse doesn't work in the windows so I cant click anything, also the resolution of the screen is wrong as you can see. Can someone help me?
