I'm trying to submit an issue from ANOTHER PC, issue that I don't have an internet connection with Parallels PD and ... what you think? It rejects a problem report without a Problem Report ID? I'm really mad already after few hours of trying this. I DON'T HAVE AN INTERNET ACCESS FROM THE PC I HAVE PD ON. How on the earth I will be able to get that damn Problem Report ID?
Btw, you really should work on your Indian support team. They don't understand a thing and don't know a thing about your product. That's not a support - that's a joke.
I tend to move to VMWare - at least I'll get a guaranteed support there.
