Hi My Parallel Desktop App crashed today , and i had to kill it. When trying to restart it again i am getting the following message. I tried to google for solutions , but nothing relevant comes up in the search. Please help me ASAP and don't tell me to reinstall my windows, or please tell me how at least to save my data that is on the disk. Thanks Roman
Hello Roman, Your virtual hard drive seems to be corrupted. Please check the parallels.log file inside your Virtual Machine's .pvm bundle as suggested at: http://kb.parallels.com/116508 If still the issue persists, please feel free to get back to us. We are happy to help you.
