Can't simulate right button anymore

I just installed RC1 - I can't figure out how to generate right-button on my Mac Laptop. I used to do it by holding down key (I forget now whether it was the Apple or the Ctrl, but neither works now)

What's the secret?

 

It's ctrl-shift-click in RC1. There'll be an option to let you choose the key combo in RC2.

 

Darn it - you spoilt it for me .... another few thousand key combinations and I would have found it myself
