Can't setup of Chinese CD-ROM

Dear

I am using Parallels(3188).
BUt I have a problem that I can't setup a Chinese software of the Chinese CD-ROM on Chinese Windows XP and Japanese Windows XP.
I can see the contents in the CD-ROM, but I do setup.exe, this program does not work.
I can do on the BootCamp, so I guess this is Paralles problem.
Could you help me ?

 

I resolved myself.
I used external CD-ROM drive, I could setup.
