Can't select Bridged Network with Parallels Pro.

I can't select "Bridged Network". Mac Mini M4Pro. macOS 26.1, Parallels Pro latest version. I am doing MAUI development in Visual Studio withing the VM and in iOS emulation mode (which runs in it's own VM on the Mac) it cant reach my web service running inside the VM. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, nothing works. It should be noted that I started with the App Store version, but then upgraded to the pro version. ChatGPT tells me there is a missing folder called "Helpers" under the .app file in the Applications folder. I am at a loss as to why I cannot select Bridged Network.
