Can't see my mac files from parallels

Hi I've downloaded the trial parallels software. I can't see my mac files from windows xp. Why is this? I've used parallels in the past and been able to access all my mac files when in parallels. How do I set this up? thanks

to share files between your Mac and Windows vm: Actions>Configure>Options>Sharing>select Share Mac>to share Mac with Windows
You can also share windows folders with your Mac if you wish.

 

Thanks I've sorted this now! I had done those settings you posted but for some reason the parallels tools hadn't been installed. Once I did that I was able to get the printer going and access the mac files from parallels.
