Hi! Just bought this upgrade to parallels 6 but I can't register it as it asks for the old activation key for parallels 6 which I can't find it anywhere. I can't ask for support as I registered my product but didn't get a support code for it from some reason. what can I do? thanks Idan Velger
Hello, If you do not have a key for Parallels Desktop 5/6 then unfortunately you need to buy a full version of Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac. If you are unable to locate the key please confirm the refund and we will initiate it for you and then you could purchase full Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac. As for your support code, I have checked your account and I see that it was successfully generated. Please log in to the account at: https://www.parallels.com/account/ and find the support code on the main page of the account.
