can't read activation key on CD envelope

My activation code is very poorly printed on the CD envelope. There are three characters that could be either the letter "O", "Q" or the number "0" and one character that could be an "S" or an "8" and one a "V" or a "U." That's 108 possible codes which I sure as hell am not going to try typing in. I called the Help Line and there was an hour long wait. Does anyone have a way to easily deal with this? Is there a Parallels person out there willing to get me some help. They can't print a code that's legible. I've had someone else look at it and they're unable to read it, too, so it's not just me.

Any help would be appreciated. I want to get this program activated.
