Can't network VM to VM

My wife and I each have a MBP (same model, each with Snow Leopard) on the same router, running the same Parallels 5.0, each running XP. Neither of us can see the other's VM from with our VM. That is, I don't see her VM when I go to Explorer/My Network Places/Entire Network/Microsoft Windows Network/MSHOME. Am I supposed to see it via Parallels Share Folders/\\.psf?

We each have all permissions set, on both Mac sides and PC sides, we are both using Shared Network Mode.
