Hello. I've been getting regular messages to renew my subscription, even after I paid for another year on March 7. Also, on my dashboard, instead of an on/off button for subscription renewal, it has a "manage subscription" button that goes to a page to cancel my subscription., which I don't want to do. Any suggestions or recommendations on how to correct this?
