Same on FC5 I get the same error trying to run parallels-config on fedora core 5. no one has been able to help me I heard FC4 works but I cannot get it installed on my hardware!
Hello, As the workaround, please try running the following commands: 1. rm -rf /dev/hypervisor 2. rpm -e Parallels-2.1.1670-lin 3. reboot 4. Install & configure Parallels Workstation again This time Parallels should be able to install successfully. Please let us know immediately if it doesn't help. We're working right now on creating patch that should allow installation that doesn't require reboot.
