Can't get trial key - system error

    Over the past week, I tried many times to register for a trial key to evaluate Parallels. I have tried using different browsers (FireFox and IE) and two different e-mail addresses, from two different computers, but never received any e-mail in response.

    Also encountered a system error twice (once in each computer) when I clicked on the 'Get A Trial Key' button. Have emailed to Parallels twice on these issues, but have not received any response either.

    From the Forum, it looks like this has happened in the past.

    Can someone please help? Thanks.

    SooHoon, could you send me screen shots with entered field in parallels registration form and exact error message?

    Attachment Problem

    Attached as requested - 1st is Registration screen, 2nd is what happened when I clicked on the Register button. (Had to truncate to fit the allowed image dimensions).

    Had a lot of problems just trying to log into this forum to post a reply - kept getting the page saying I hadn't logged in yet, even after getting the "Thank you for logging in" page. If you don't hear any reply from me in future, it could be because I can't get in.
