Can't Get Parallels Tools Installed in WnXP VM

    I made a different Virtual Machine today to test something out in Win-XP . I made it a single processor. I continually get the message that Tools is not installed. When I try to install it, I go thru the process with no errors, then Reboot, then the message Tools is not installed ... forever ...
