Can't exit coherence mode. No preferences. Nothing in menubar.

    I don't see parallels in the menubar. In the dock, I see the parallels desktop icon. I right click it to bring up the menu but don't see a way to exit coherence mode. I'm stuck in coherence mode. Every time I launch Parallels desktop, it just launches the Windows start menu.

    How do I ext coherence mode?
