Can't Deactivate Parallels 16 and 17 licenses

    I no longer have access to the Mac's the licenses are on, they've been wiped. You would think you should be able to deactivate a license from the portal..?

    Error says I've reached Activation Limit on both Parallels 16 and 17. Need them both reset.

    Please help, thank you.

    We have made the necessary changes.
    You should be able to use your license keys to activate Parallels Desktop 17.
    Let us know if you have any issues.

    Can someone please help? I would like to use the product I paid for. I have 2 permanent licenses that I can't use at the moment. Here's the error messages I'm getting. Thanks.

    Perfect, thank you! I was able to activate my 17 license. Tried my 16 license on my other MacBook but it still doesn't work. Is that because I upgraded? Can't use both licenses?
