Can't create a second user in Windows 7

    I have installed Windows 7 Professional on a MacBook Air running LION. It installed as the user Administrator. I want to create another user and not use the Administrator user. When I tried to create a second user I can't get the username to show on the login screen. Can anyone tell me why I can't create a second user that will show on the login screen?

    You can enable or disable automatic log on feature in the following way:

    1) Click Start menu button and type control userpasswords2 in the search box and press Enter key as shown below.

    2) Check the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer checkbox to disable automatic log on. After this the system will ask for password while logging in
