Hi, I'm qualified for a free upgrade to Parallels 4.0, but I didn't get the e-mail about it. So when I follow instructions and want to contact the support, I go to this page: http://www.parallels.com/support/desktop/ I click the link "No charge e-mail" which points to http://www.parallels.com/support/desktop/request/ but I end up at https://www.parallels.com/en/account/home/ If I'm not logged in, then I'm asked to do so and then I end up at the /en/account/home page any way. So how do I get in touch with support to ask for the upgrade key? Thanks!
