Can't Cancel Trial - Product Not Showing in Account

    Hi,

    I was charged for a subscription renewal, but the product doesn't appear in my Parallels account, so I have no way to cancel it. I did not receive any notice beforehand (it went to spam), and I haven't used the product since the charge.


    I would like a refund and help resolving this issue as soon as possible.
