can't boot, can't restore, can't whatever after upgrading to windows 8.1

Last night updated to windows 8.1, and as I said above for Title for this thread, I can't boot-up, can't restore, can't whatever.
any solutions? or just wait for the next (hopefully fast) upgrade for Parallels?

this is unbearable anyhow, since I upgraded from Parallels 8 to 9 just bcuz I couldn't boot up my windows 8 after installing Mevericks only before a week ago..
feel sad.
