Can't activate Parallels on my new MacBook Pro

    I just bought a new MacBook Pro and signed out of Parallels on the old one. When I try to activate it on the new one, it says this is an upgrade key. I need to know how to activate it again so I can get back to my Windows desktop. Thanks in advance for your help.
