I migrated from one OS X Sierra machine to a second one with more memory. The OS types of both machines are identical (i.e., one is a clone of another). Upon removing my Parallels 11 from the old machine and attempting to activate the one on the new machine (again, these are identical systems), the activation manager will not work stating that there is something wrong with the internet connection (there isn't). Frankly, I've been using this copy of Parallels so long, I'm not sure if this is a new problem, or occurred in the past and I'm only noticing it due to the migration. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
I'm having the same issue. Did selecting the value of the license key and copying into the buffer resolve the problem?
From some of the older posts it appears the issue may be on the Parallels. I did see one post regarding The SSL certificate for account.parallels.com expired.
I migrated Parallels Desktop 11 from one Mac to another (under Catalina) but cannot use the activation key: Error message is that internet ist not available but that's not true. How can I deactivate the old installation to use the key on the new machine?
