Having trouble activating parallels after reinstalling the OS due to a hard drive failure. The Old Parallels was deleted but it didn't seem to affect the activation status.

Please let me know how to proceed.

    Thanks

Thanks for getting back. The error message is: you have reached the maximum number of activations available.

Same here. Just reinstalled the OS without uninstalling the previous copy. Now when I try to install + activate my Parallels 9 copy it says "you have reached maximum number of activations for my activation key. Please purchase a new product". Please help

Dishant, I you sent me the same inquiry yesterday and I responded, however I have yet to see my activations reset and I am still unable to use my copy of Parallels.

@bobdu we've changed the activation limit for your license key, please try to reactivate it once again, in case it doesn't help, please check your inbox
