Can't access site in MSIE, just msn.com

I can ping any site and connect to msn.com but nothing else. Running XP in Parallels with primary computer as MAC High Sierra. "The page cannot be displayed". I can't update Windows or Register it.

 

Hi Timothy, did you try using a differernt browser and check?

 

I cannot download any other browser into XP as if I try to go to google, I get the page cannot be displayed message.

 

I updated to the new Parallels and am having the same issues.
