Can't access Parallels License

    Hello!

    I'm working with a client that has had Parallels for 10+ years now with a version of Parallels Desktop 10 on their iMac. Unfortunately, the drive crashed & we had to get the files recovered.

    The files are now recovered & we have the PVM & HDD file however we are unable to mount it to see all the files on the new Mac because our license is not activating.

    It tells us to send a key to activatepd.parallels.com which is about 100 characters long.
    However, whenever I send it nothing goes through.
