Can't access coherence mode

    Suddenly my coherence mode won't work. I'm using the latest Parallels version on Mac OS X 10.4.11, on an Intel Mac. It was working OK. Now whenever I try and go into Coherence mode, I get messages like "not available" or "make sure Parallels tools is running". Well, Parallels tools is running (and I have reinstalled it twice, rebooted everything and repaired permissions in OS X), and when I am in the virtual machine, and open Parallels Tools, everything is enabled except Coherence mode, which is disabled, and I can't change it.

    Please help.
