I have a CD which claims it works under Windows. When I put it in the CD/ROM drive, OS X tries to read it. While this is going on (the drive keeps chugging along) I can't access the CD drive from Parallels (Windows XP), even though it is configured to use the Default CD/ROM. Eventually OS X decides the CD is bogus and spits it out. I have checked the manual but can't find anything on this point - is it possible to access a CD that OS X thinks is unreadable?
