Can's start Win 7 VM Error "Virtual Mach is Registered to another server" Please Help

Just started getting an error yesterday "Virtual Mach is Registered to another server, you can only unregister the virtual machine or stop it".

This Windows 7 vm has been working on this Mac for years with no issues just started out of the blue...any ideas?

 

I have been having the same problem on a Mac Server I just installed Parallels on. It is running Window7 Pro. The funny thing about it was I received a message last week that an update was available from Parallels, I ran the update and it fixed the problem for a few days.. Now it is back. I put in a support call and they didn't seem to understand especially due to the fact at the time they called it was working.
