The option "View my parallels products" is grayed out on the "My Account" screen. I have a user with an already activated license who has been using Parallels for Mac and suddenly today gets a pop up box saying "Activate Business Edition". She tried to enter her license key and gets another box saying "This license key is not registered". This is one of our developers who really needs to get working again. Thank you.
