I downloaded the latest update to Parallels7. When I restart the system hangs on "preparing to upgrade your virtual machine". This is upgrading Windows7. It would seem something is corrupted in the process. I uninstalled Parallels and reinstalled with no success. Should I remove everything and do a complete reinstall of Parallels? Seems like a drastic measure, but don't know what else to do?
