Cannot Update

Whenever I try to use Help > Update product I get a window telling me to register my copy of parallels. I put in my account and email and log in - but no download. It keeps asking me to register again and again.

I checked and it says that my copy is 'active' so I think it is all good.

I registered it months ago and have done several updates. The only new change is I started sharing parallels across two accounts on this iMac. is that it?
