Cannot update my license with my new email

    I have version 20.4.0 installed on macOS 15.5. I originally purchased my subscription with a Gmail address and have moved to a new email address for my account. When I go to account and license, my old email address and password are autofilled in the user and password fields. I have tried to sign in with both my new information and my old information with no success. I use a password manager with 128 character fully random generated passwords and frustratingly, this dialog box does NOT ALLOW PASTING OF PASSWORDS. I have even tried keyboard macros to manually "type" my known good username and password into these fields and it still refuses them. It seems like the password field "soft wraps" the password to a new line after a certain length--I have tried changing my password to simple passphrase made of a few dictionary words and numbers...this also does not work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

    What directory or files do I need to delete in order to completely wipe any recollection of Parallels from this machine?
